Copyright Policy

Protected website content

Unless stated otherwise, the website branding, layout, original templates and written content belong to FestivalCards365 or are used with appropriate permission.

Personalized downloads

A user may share a card created for a lawful personal purpose. The underlying blank template may not be extracted, resold, republished as a competing template or presented as someone else's original design.

Reporting a concern

Use the Contact page to report suspected infringement and include the relevant page URL, a description of the protected work and a reliable way to respond.

What a personal-use download allows

A completed card may be downloaded and shared with family, friends or a personal audience as a greeting. You may not sell the blank artwork, offer the template through another generator, remove branding to claim authorship, or build a competing collection from FestivalCards365 files.

Material supplied by visitors

Visitors retain responsibility for names and photos they choose to submit. Submitting a photo does not transfer ownership to FestivalCards365. It gives only the limited permission needed to process that material and place it into the requested card during the active creation request.

How reports are reviewed

A specific report is easier to review than a general claim. Include the original work, the exact page, your relationship to the rights holder and the requested action. We may ask for clarification, restrict access to disputed material or preserve necessary technical records while a report is assessed.
