Your responsibility

You are responsible for obtaining any permission required for a photo, including when another person appears in it.

Temporary processing

Submitted images are processed to crop and create the requested card and are not intended to become a permanent public gallery.

Downloaded cards

Check the final card before sharing it and respect the privacy and dignity of every person shown.

Children and private images

Use additional care before submitting or sharing a child's photo, a private family image or any picture that reveals sensitive personal details.

Choose an appropriate image

Use a clear photo that suits the greeting and does not expose an address, document number, payment detail, school record, medical information or another private detail. Avoid images that are illegal, abusive, explicit, deceptive or intended to harass someone.

Cropping and temporary processing

The browser lets you position and crop the selected photo before generation. The cropped image and entered name are sent only when you ask to create the JPG. They are processed for that request and are not intended to be published as a gallery or saved as an account profile.

After downloading

The downloaded JPG is under your control. Check the crop, spelling, audience and privacy implications before forwarding it. Messaging platforms, social networks and cloud services may store or process a shared copy under their own terms, even though FestivalCards365 does not keep the card as permanent user content.

Reporting misuse

If a public FestivalCards365 page appears to use an image without permission, send the exact page URL and enough information to understand the concern. Do not send unrelated personal records. Copyright-related requests can also follow the DMCA and Copyright Notice page.
