You may create and share personalized cards for personal, family and other lawful purposes. Do not use the service to harass, deceive, impersonate or violate another person's rights.

Your name and photo

You confirm that you have the right to use the photo, name and other material you submit. You permit temporary processing only as needed to create the requested card.

Website and artwork ownership

The website design, branding, written content and original card artwork remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A personalized download does not transfer ownership of the underlying template.

Availability

Features and pages may be changed, paused or removed for maintenance, security, accuracy or business reasons. Continuous error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Responsible technical use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe the website for unauthorized access, automate excessive requests or interfere with normal service. Reasonable browsing and personal card creation are welcome. Activity that harms the website, hosting resources or other visitors may be restricted.

External services and links

The website may link to third-party services for sharing, advertising choices or reference information. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. FestivalCards365 does not control their availability, content or decisions.

Accuracy and changes

We work to keep event details, links and card tools useful, but errors can occur and regional dates may differ. These terms may be updated when the website, applicable requirements or available features change. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply to that use.
